With a supportive team culture and clear career progression pathways, you ll be empowered to deliver excellence while enjoying the benefits of working both remotely and on-site.What you ll do: Prepare and analyse project budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentationProcure subcontractors and manage contract documentation in line with company standardsCertify interim payments and manage valuations, variations, and claims accuratelyIdentify and manage commercial risks and assist with cost value reconciliationsBuild strong relationships between commercial and site teams to support project deliveryEnsure compliance with JCT and NEC contracts, driving cost-effective project outcomes What we re looking for: Degree qualified with strong civil engineering sector experience (the projects will mainly be on marine, ports, floods, defences)Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC formsCommercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skillsOrganised, proactive, able to meet deadlines and work independentlyWillingness to travel occasionally to sites across Scotland What you ll get: ..... full job details .....
