A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy with an established history and UK-wide presence is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their head office in South London.

The Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside three Quantity Surveying Partners to deliver mixture of residential, education, fire remediation, and commercial projects.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a dual Quantity Surveying / Employers Agent role - ideal for any quantity surveyor looking for a diverse role and the opportunity to round your skills as you work towards completing your APC diary.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• JCT or NEC contract experience would be a plus
• Pre and post contract experience
• Cost Consultancy / PQS work experience
• Professional, proactive, eager to be part of a consultancy long term
