Associate Quantity Surveyor

A professional Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready for a step up, to their established North London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of large-scale projects, including data centres, MEP, residential, student accommodation and more.

The senior leadership team are seeking a strong Associate Quantity Surveyor who would be excited by the opportunity to lead a small Quantity Surveying team and work towards becoming part of the board.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Data Centre or Infrastructure project experience would be beneficial
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice in the UK
• Client facing and good management skills
• Open to Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyors
