Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established Southeast Chartered Construction Consultancy is looking to add a forward-thinking Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to their head office in Southeast London.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working within a supportive Quantity Surveying team, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to array of project sectors including industrial, residential, commercial, regeneration, mixed-use, and more.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an Associate Director to deliver projects from the initial feasibility through to completion, carrying out pre and post contract work, as well as some Employers Agent roles.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Able to commute to Southeast London / Kent
• Driving licence & Car
