Quantity Surveyor (all levels)

An established and award-winning Property Consultancy is looking to strengthen its team with Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Intermediate Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors in their Sunderland office.The Sunderland office is the company''s longest-established office, having been at the heart of the business since its inception 20 years ago. The consultancy has built a strong reputation across the North East, delivering a diverse range of projects for public and private sector clients across Commercial, Health, Local Authority, Residential and Education sectors.This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely people-focused consultancy that offers a highly flexible working environment, strong APC support and the opportunity to work on interesting projects from inception through to completion. Projects include new-build offices, public realm and infrastructure schemes, GP refurbishments and extensions, new-build hospitals, residential developments, colleges and major university projects ranging up to £80 mil.
