Quality & NPD Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Quality and NPD Manager to join a high-growth food and beverage brand based in London. The company is scaling fast and is looking for a technically minded professional to support both innovation and compliance as they expand their exciting product range.This role will be key in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and legality of all products, from ingredient specifications and nutritional profiles to labelling and artwork. You will also be involved in bringing new product ideas to life, working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.Key experience required:Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related subject

Experience in a technical or quality-focused role within the

food and beverage industry

Strong knowledge of UK and EU food labelling regulations and specifications

Hands-on experience with specification systems and working closely with third-party manufacturers

Experience working cross-functionally with NPD, marketing, and supply chain teams
