Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a motivated quality team to ensure the highest quality standards across all products and processes.

Develop and implement quality standards and processes; manage customer requirements.

Lead internal and external audits to uphold ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through strong analytical skills to ensure products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Quality Manager Requirements

Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality assurance methodologies.

Strong understanding of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.

Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.
