Quality ManagerLocation: AndoverSalary: 50,000 - 54,000Shift: DaysJob Type: PermanentAre you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in auditing and quality management systems?We are currently working with a leading Aerospace and Defence-focused business who are looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of their quality function and ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to join an established business where you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the organisation.The RoleAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and continually improving the company''s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and industry requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B.Planning, conducting and supporting internal and external audits.Acting as a key point of contact during customer and third-party audits.Managing non-conformances, corrective actions and preventative actions.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across quality processes.Ensuring quality procedures, processes and documentation remain compliant and up to date.Monitoring quality performance through KPIs and reporting findings to senior management.Working closely with production, engineering and other ..... full job details .....
