This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex and high-profile contract environment.The RoleAs the Contract Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across the contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, and in line with contractual requirements.Key responsibilities include:Managing and delivering the annual quality audit programme.Coordinating audits with operational teams, clients, and key stakeholders.Investigating non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed out effectively.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting operational teams in resolving quality issues.Monitoring contract performance through data analysis and reporting.Producing accurate internal and contractual reports, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement.Supporting governance meetings and quality performance reviews with clients and stakeholders.Ensuring Quality Management System (QMS) processes are implemented, maintained, and continually improved.Working closely with operational teams and senior ..... full job details .....
