Quality Engineer

This role sits within the Quality function, ensuring products, processes, and systems meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards. The position focuses on monitoring and improving supplier and manufacturing performance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement using quality tools, data analysis, and a strong Right First-Time approach.Who This Role Would Suit This position would suit a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing or production. A proactive individual with strong analytical skills and experience in quality methodologies will thrive in this collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities: Ensure products comply with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirementsLead problem-solving activities including 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Monitor and improve supplier and internal quality performance using KPIsSupport and conduct internal, supplier, and ISO auditsEnsure customer complaints are effectively managed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirements: Proven experience as a Quality EngineerApprentice trained OR relevant Engineering certificationsStrong knowledge of ISO standardsStrong Root Cause analysis skills - 8Ds, 5 Whys.
