Quality Engineer Plymouth (Devonport Royal Dockyard) Contract: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (08 00) Recruiting via Carmichael UK Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a major infrastructure redevelopment programme at a high-security Royal Navy site in Plymouth. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to support the delivery of complex works within a live MOD facility. The Role As a Quality Engineer, you will support project delivery teams by ensuring that robust quality management processes are embedded, maintained, and continuously improved throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as a key point of independent quality assurance across site activities, supporting progressive handover, maintaining compliance, and ensuring that work meets strict regulatory, technical, and client standards. Please note: This role requires SC-level security clearance. Candidates must: Hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country Have lived in the UK for the past 5 years Security checks may take up to 8 weeks to process.
