Electrical Quality Supervisor Location: South Wales Salary: 40,000 to 55,000 basic Package: Company van, fuel card, PAYE benefits package Type: Full-time, permanent We are working with a fast-growing renewable energy business delivering high-quality domestic and commercial installations across Wales and parts of England. With a strong presence across solar PV, battery storage, air source heat pumps and wider smart energy solutions, the business has built an excellent reputation for growth, quality and customer delivery. They are now looking to appoint an Electrical Quality Supervisor to support installation quality, technical compliance and on-site standards across their renewable projects. This is a key position for a qualified electrical professional who understands how to maintain high standards across live installations, documentation, testing and sign-off, while supporting engineers and driving best practice across the business. The role You will take ownership of electrical quality across renewable installations, ensuring that all works are completed safely, compliantly and to a consistently high standard. You will be involved in live site reviews, inspection and testing, certification checks, remedial oversight, installer support and technical reporting. The role will suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident managing quality across multiple jobs and teams.
