A fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join this leading Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool. You will be working on high value property litigation cases for a company who has an amazing client base. You will ideally be a Solicitor who has experience working in Property Litigation and will have between 1 - 15 years'' PQE+. They are looking for a candidate who can advise on service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass and possession matters. At the company you will be working on Building, Fire and Health and Safety Issues, whilst also advising on lease interpretation, complex title structures and developments. This is a genuinely exciting role with a firm who are growing nationally and already have another office based in London. They are expanding their team because of a demand in increase following recent Leasehold Reform, also meaning they are taking on more complex work than ever. Salary wise they are looking to pay between £40,000 - £80,000 + Package depending on experience.
