This is a brilliant opportunity for either an established Partner or a Senior Associate ready to make the step up.While the primary focus of the role will be on high-quality commercial disputes, there is a significant proportion of commercial property litigation within the caseload, making it an ideal opportunity for a litigator comfortable handling both areas.The workload will include:Shareholder, partnership and contractual disputesProfessional negligence and warranty claimsInsurance and wider commercial disputesProperty-related cases such as lease renewals, dilapidations and transactional disputesThis firm already has existing work to service, so while business development skills are always welcome, a following is not required.
