The department handles a broad spectrum of Civil Litigation matters including psychological injury claims, data breach cases, housing disrepair and actions against the police. The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily consisting of Elder Care Home claims while also acting on other complex litigation matters.Applicants should have demonstrable experience in handling civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. All areas of civil litigation experience will be considered, as the firm have a genuinely progressive attitude to development.
