Operating across London projects, this business is cash rich, has excellent staff retention, a full order book, and continues to secure major planned refurbishment frameworks across the social housing sector. Recognised as a market leader within their field, our client delivers a range of planned refurbishment programmes including internal and external works, alongside major SHDF decarbonisation and fire remediation projects. The successful candidate will initially be allocated to a £15m p/a LandQ framework, reporting directly into an experienced Commercial Manager.
