Project Management and Delivery Manage construction projects from inception through to successful completion and handover. Plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved. Manage and coordinate site teams, consultants, suppliers and specialist subcontractors. Monitor project progress against programme and take corrective action where required. Attend and lead project and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and reports to Directors and Senior Management. Identify and resolve site and project issues promptly and effectively. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and agreed quality standards. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and promote a safe working environment across the project. Commercial and Cost Management Take responsibility for the commercial and financial performance of assigned projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, detailed cost estimates and cost plans. Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and identify potential cost overruns at an early stage. Prepare cash-flow forecasts, cost-value reconciliations and regular commercial reports.
