Project Manager (Small works)

Our client are a renowned school refurbishment specialist main contractor, their turnover is £35m+ and growing. 

The role will involve managing 2 -3 projects simultaneously that will range from £200k - £300k in value, with the education refurbishment sector. Projects are all located within London and surrounding areas. 

Daily duties will consist of programming works, updating the programme, managing site teams, key stakeholder engagement and reporting up steam. As well as being involved heavily within pre-construction.
