The successful candidate will spearhead the initiative from concept to production, enhancing delivery verification standards across the UK.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the end-to-end delivery of the photo compliance Proof of Concept, ensuring readiness for production scaling.Coordinate a small, high-performing technical team to achieve project milestones.Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes.Drive stakeholder alignment across various groups, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives.Establish project structure, governance, and delivery cadence, setting the standard for future projects.Define and track success metrics, such as compliance rates and behavioural improvements, to gauge project impact.Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain momentum in a dynamic environment.Facilitate the integration of AI/ML-driven capabilities into operational workflows, enhancing both retrospective analysis and real-time operations.Ensure that project outputs are meaningful and actionable for operational leaders to foster business adoption.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in leading Proof of Concept or innovation-led projects through to production.Strong ..... full job details .....
