IT Project Manager - Real EstateDay Rate Contract London (4 days onsite)Robert Half have partnered with a well established real estate organisation who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of several concurrent technology and infrastructure initiatives across their London portfolio.This is a hands on delivery role, ideal for a Project Manager who is comfortable working in a complex environment and managing multiple work streams at once.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and infrastructure projects, including:Wi-Fi network refresh and upgradesBusiness software delivery and implementationOwn project planning, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across all workstreams.Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed scope.Lead governance activities including project status reporting, RAID management, and steerco updates.Support business readiness, cutover planning and post-implementation handover.Experience and Skills RequiredProven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT or technology enabled projects.Strong background managing multiple concurrent projects in parallel.Experience delivering infrastructure projects (e.g. Wi-Fi, networks, devices) and software implementations.Comfortable working in onsite, operational environments such as real estate, property, facilities, or similar asset heavy organisations.Strong ..... full job details .....
