We are looking for a process and project managerProcess and Project Manager40 hours per weekBased in HayesMon-Thur in office, Friday at homeKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and Optimize/Develop local business processes (Focus Operations/Supply Chain Management). Make sure that local processes are aligned with international processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulationsWork with local operation team to identify areas of improvement by conducting analysis of existing processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies and process that can be streamlined or eliminated. Implement optimization strategies to enhance workflow and user adoption Tracking local and international projects timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and successful implementation Coordinate initiatives with local and international teams, serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Handle strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk managementCollaborating with international ERP technical teams to ensure Dynamic 365 and CRM configuration meets business needsProviding training, documentation, and post-go-live support to internal usersSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and data integrity within the ERP and CRM systemQualifications and Skills Bachelor''s degree in business administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent)Minimum of 5 years ..... full job details .....
