Our client is a luxury, design-led kitchen and interiors studio with a reputation for excellence. They create bespoke kitchens that combine innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional service — and they''re looking for someone to help bring their projects to life.

The Role

You''ll be the bridge between their designers, clients, and installers — making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a varied, hands-on role based in their showroom, where no two days are the same.

What You''ll Do

Manage kitchen projects from design handover to installation.Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Coordinate with suppliers, fitters, and installers to keep everything on track.Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving.Follow up with clients after installation to make sure they''re 100% happy.

What They''re Looking For

Highly organised with great attention to detail.A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.Proactive, with a positive “can-do” approach.Previous project management or customer service experience in interiors, kitchens, or similar is an advantage — but not essential if you''re a fast learner with the right attitude.
