Your role will include:Managing project teams to ensure safe, profitable, and timely deliveryOverseeing engineering feasibility, buildability, and value engineeringLeading client engagement and ensuring satisfactionSupporting pre-construction activities and contributing to tendersDriving commercial success and maintaining robust project recordsMentoring and developing your team to deliver high standardsYou’ll bring extensive knowledge of modern construction methods, industry regulations, and health and safety practices. You’ll be confident in managing large teams, making strategic decisions, and building strong relationships with clients and consultants.We’re looking for someone with significant experience leading project teams within a construction, Structures or Civils business, with a proven track record across all aspects of project management.
