It requires someone who can bring structure, insight, and practical improvements rather than leading a full system implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a review of current Quinyx usage across the business and identify areas for improvementOptimise scheduling practices, workflows, and labour planning approachesDrive consistency and best practice across sites and teamsImprove adoption among managers and frontline staffWork closely with stakeholders across operations, HR, and financeTranslate operational challenges into practical system and process improvementsTrack and deliver measurable outcomes such as labour cost, efficiency, and complianceKey RequirementsProven experience working with Quinyx or similar workforce management platforms such as UKG, Kronos, or DeputyStrong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and labour optimisationBackground in operational environments such as retail, hospitality, logistics, or healthcareAbility to identify inefficiencies and implement ..... full job details .....
