Production Operative

Find My Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Rainham, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous production or manufacturing experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and operating machinery. Working Hours You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday: 6:00am 2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm 10:00pm 6:00am Applicants must be available to work all three shift patterns as these will rotate. Pay Rate The standard hourly rate is £13.78 per hour, with overtime paid at £17.23 per hour. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be working as part of a busy production team and your duties may include: Working on a production line and ensuring production targets are met Operating and monitoring production machinery Loading and unloading materials as required Carrying out basic machine checks and identifying any issues Checking finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained Following production procedures and instructions Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Adhering to all company health and safety procedures What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a production or manufacturing environment, particularly experience working on a production line and using machinery.
