Multiskilled Production Operative This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business in West Sussex, South East England, with full training provided and the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple production processes. Location: West Sussex, South East England Salary: up to £41,000 per annum depending on skill level Role type: Full Time Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts, averaging 42 hours per week, with overtime available Shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, 3 days off Right to Work: RTW in the UK required About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Multiskilled Production Operatives to manufacture and assemble products safely, accurately and efficiently. You will work across different production processes as your skills develop, using machinery, CNC equipment, hand tools and power tools once trained and authorised.
