Job Title: Production Operatives – 3 shifts working pattern, Irlam, Salford

Location: Irlam, Salford

Shift Pattern: Mornings, Afternoons & Nights.
Monday to Friday rotating each week.
 

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work

Salary: Start on £12.95 per hour, rising to £13.45 after 3 months.

Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? Our client, a market leader in their industry, is currently expanding due to increased demand and is seeking 3 reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their team in Irlam, Salford.

About the Role:

Rotating 3 shift pattern.

Manual, hands-on work in a busy production facility

Supporting the smooth running of manufacturing processes

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following company procedures and quality standards  

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

Able to commit to working a rotating shift pattern  

Must provide at least 12 months of recent work history

Able to provide a recent reference from a previous employer

Pay Rates:

£12.95 per hour increasing to to £13.45 when permanent after 12 weeks.
