Injection Mould Production Operative Location: WA3 Pay: 14.45 + overtime Shifts: 06:30-15:00 / 22:30-07:00 / 14:30-23:00 (rotating shifts) Days: Monday-Friday (overtime available) This company hires on fantastic attitude and a willingness to learn! Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong production experience in materials handling. This role involves working with various equipment to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for people with motivated attitudes with a willingness to develop their skills further. Responsibilities Operate and maintain injection moulding and fabrication equipment as part of the production team. Assist with the production of medical components, ensuring accurate attention to detail and quality control. Perform assembly tasks, ensuring components fit together correctly and meet specifications, carefully following SOPs. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production environment. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in a production field is preferred. Previous experience with a pharmaceutical or medical background is beneficial.
