Product Development Technologist

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £35,000

We''re currently supporting a fantastic opportunity for a Product Development Technologist to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Bedfordshire.

This is a key role within the Product Development team, focused on delivering innovative product development, recipe improvement, and exciting new product launches across multiple customer accounts, both UK and internationally.

The Role

Full end-to-end product and recipe development aligned to internal and external briefs.

Scaling recipes and preparing samples for evaluation and customer presentations.

Innovating and researching new ideas, concepts, and improvements.

Supporting factory trials and writing detailed cooking instructions.

Ensuring raw material compliance and availability in production regions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the region.

Creating product application sheets and managing product documentation.

Attending customer meetings and supporting client presentations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years'' experience in a product development role within the food industry.

Passion for innovation, detail, and delivering results under pressure.

Great communicator with strong sensory and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and confident in a customer-facing role.

Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.

Full UK driving licence.

Multilingual skills (French, German, Turkish, or Russian) are desirable but not ..... full job details .....
