In their sector, you can''t afford to standstill, and with this, they are looking to add another senior member to their team.What you''ll be doing in this role:Lead consumer preference mapping trials, turning data into actionable insights.Design and implement testing protocols that boost efficiency across operations.Explore emerging technologies and drive forward innovation projects.Oversee and support shelf-life and data teams to deliver on business and customer goals.Keep the shelf-life department running smoothly, from equipment calibration to resource planning.Collaborate across the supply chain to deliver high-impact development projects.What We''re Looking For:Proven project management and team leadership skills.Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel and statistical methods are a must).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Experience in Continuous Improvement or New Product Development (NPD).Knowledge of short shelf life food manufacturing products or innovative packaging solutions.For more ..... full job details .....
