As Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation with a focus on sustainability and ESG considerations.Responsibilities

Lead and develop sourcing strategies to ensure best value across quality, cost, and delivery.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance excellence.Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply.Integrate sustainability and ESG considerations into procurement practices.Drive efficiencies by optimising procurement processes and leveraging data-driven insights.Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align procurement with organisational goals.About you

Proven experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.A track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.Knowledge of sustainability, compliance, and risk management within procurement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.What’s on offer
