Private Client Solicitor

My client is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Wills and Probate team in Derby, Derbyshire. This is an opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while providing high quality advice and client care. The role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years'' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and supporting junior colleagues. The Role • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts. • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. • Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee earning staff. • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships. • Ensuring accurate billing, time recording and credit control. • Upholding confidentiality and complying with SRA requirements. • Liaising effectively with colleagues and external organisations. • Supporting the promotion and business development of the department. The Candidate • Be a qualified Solicitor or fully qualified Legal Executive with proven Wills and Probate experience. • Have 3+ years'' PQE or equivalent experience. • Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail. • Be confident managing your own caseload independently. • Have experience supervising staff or be ready to take on this responsibility. • Be proactive, organised and committed to providing a high standard of service. • Have excellent communication ..... full job details .....
