Your work will include: Managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts Providing clear, compassionate and pragmatic legal advice Supervising and mentoring junior or secretarial staff (or stepping into supervision for the first time) Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining long-term relationships Ensuring compliance, accurate billing and time recording Supporting business development and the continued growth of the department This opportunity would suit someone who is confident in their technical ability and motivated by meaningful client work.
