Legal Assistant - Private Client

Our client, a very reputable firm are looking to appoint a Legal Assistant based in Burton on Trent. You will be tasked with providing secretarial support and assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced assistant to play a key role in assisting our client of expert legal personnel within a friendly and supportive team environment.To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials: Experience of working within the Legal Sector as a Legal AssistantExperience of working within a Private Client DepartmentKnowledge of MS Office and Case Management SystemsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detail Within this position, you''ll also be: Audio and copy typing, emailing, photocopying, filing of letters, emails and documentsCompleting forms and drafting documentsAssisting with the preparation of court bundlesOpening and closing of client filesRunning, managing and maintaining files on a case management system and following file proceduresSpeaking to clients and professional contacts, personally and by telephone, answering queries, giving information and making appointmentsHandling initial client enquiries Arranging of appointments and managing fee earners diariesAttending team meetings as requiredCovering reception as required Salary and Working HoursSalary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 ..... full job details .....
