OverviewWe\''re looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to implement and support Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. You\''ll need expert knowledge on Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management processes, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Your role is to provide impactful solutions to our clients, focusing on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector. You\''ll lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules, and translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK clients.
Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management, particularly within the UK Public sector.
Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care.
Utilize knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
Discuss complex technology solutions with diverse audiences, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, and Change Requests.
Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other relevant modules.
Apply comprehensive knowledge across the full SDLC, including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting training.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK Public Sector clients.
Knowledge and experience with HCM tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, management).
Lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules.
Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
Release and delivery planning; excellent planning for releases and other delivery activities.
Coaching and mentoring team members (experience managing 5+ team members).
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
