Due to growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a candidate to lead private sector incident response support, focusing on chemical industry sectors.The role involves delivering technical consultancy and training to organizations worldwide, including large, diverse groups. Experience in incident management, emergency services, military, or related fields is desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport capability development for private sector clients within the UK and overseas.Lead or support consultancy projects with internal and external teams.Develop and maintain client relationships.Contribute to strategic growth plans.Leverage or develop networks to identify market needs and develop relevant courses.Essential Competencies and ExperienceExperience in incident response management.Proven ability to manage incidents and improve safety processes.Strong organizational and relationship management skills.Experience in training and mentoring.Proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information.Stakeholder engagement skills.DesirableExperience with a range of customers and commercial understanding.Background with emergency services or responder training.Teaching qualifications.Knowledge of chemical or hazmat contexts.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team delivering high-quality consultancy globally, working with emergency services, government, and private sectors.Working hereWe foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages innovation.
