Principal Consultant-Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead-Uk

Overview

We’re looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. You’ll guide and support projects and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You’ll provide necessary support and guidance to existing solutions.Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.Utilize knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.Prepare status reports with RAG indicators, highlight risks and mitigations, and maintain RAID log.Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business and management stakeholders.Provide ongoing support and guidance for existing Oracle EBS HCM solutions.Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.Knowledgeable in HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.Proven ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse audiences.Experience coaching and mentoring team members; capable of managing a team of 5+ members.Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies and ITIL practices.Personal and Behavioral
