Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs. You''ll help to create an environment where every pupil feels understood, valued, and able to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

• Implementing individual learning plans and targeted interventions

• Supporting communication, social, and behavioural development

• Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils are fully engaged

• Helping to monitor and report on pupil progress, feeding back to teachers
