SEN Specialist schools - Across Greater Manchester
Short-term and Long-term roles
Are you a recent Psychology graduate or hold a UK degree related to the national curriculum?
Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and mental health challenges?
Aspire People are looking for Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools across Greater Manchester.
These rewarding roles involve working 1:1 with students, supporting within special schools or alternative provision units. You''ll play a key role in helping pupils with SEN, including SEMH needs, to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A UK Bachelors degree in Psychology or a curriculum-related subject
* Previous experience supporting students with SEND (in school, care, or youth settings)
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Two years of referenceable experience
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* A genuine passion for making a difference in students'' lives
