You’ll work closely with the project team and subject matter experts, contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives. Who You AreYou are passionate about supporting a project team with the management of project metrics and data to ensure the delivery of complex transformation projects via structured reporting and governance. You are detail-oriented, enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems, and are eager to improve the information and tooling capabilities for management and reporting of the projects.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and manage project metrics with project managers to support transformation projects as the PMO Analyst for the team, applying PMO processes and tooling.
Collaborate with project leads, helping them track and report progress on delivering transformation workstreams.
Support project planning, governance, dependencies, risks and issues management for initiatives.
Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, KPIs, and status reports for senior leadership.
Manage internal communications and regular updates for SharePoint and Confluence sites.
What You’ll Need
At least 5+ years’ experience in a PMO or project support role.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
High proficiency in JIRA and MS Excel is essential; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
Ability to present complex datasets and project statuses clearly and concisely.
Excellent attention to detail, hands-on approach, and adaptability.
Experience in an Operations environment with knowledge of telecommunications or network infrastructure is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Where You’ll WorkWest London, UK or Turin, Italy, in hybrid mode. Some travel around Europe is expected.
