The Role You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury and medical negligence files from instruction through to conclusion, dealing with a broad range of complex matters while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a caseload of personal injury and medical negligence claims from inception to conclusionAssessing liability and quantum, gathering evidence and reviewing medical recordsLiaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionalsDrafting court documents, pleadings and legal correspondenceNegotiating settlements and advising clients throughout the litigation processRepresenting clients at mediations, settlement meetings and court hearings where requiredEnsuring compliance with procedural deadlines and regulatory ..... full job details .....
