Personal Injury Lawyer Location: Sheffield Reports to: Team Manager / Head of Legal Practice Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (office-based) Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum (depending on experience) The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX practitioner) to join their established team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied litigated personal injury caseload, with a particular focus on intermediate and multi-track claims. Working closely with clients, Counsel, medical agencies and other third parties, you will provide clear, practical advice and deliver exceptional levels of client service throughout the life of each claim. Key Responsibilities Case Management Manage a litigated personal injury caseload with minimal supervision, including intermediate and multi-track matters. Proactively manage priorities, deadlines and court timetables. Draft and prepare all case documentation, including: Pleadings Application notices Disclosure lists Witness statements Schedules of loss Instructions and briefs to Counsel Trial bundle indexes Case summaries Accurately value personal injury claims using Judicial College Guidelines and relevant case law.
