Personal Assistant 3 month initial contractInside IR35My client in the insurance industry are looking for a Personal Assistant to work on a 2-3 month contract. Skills and details of the role can be found below: Calendar andamp; Meeting Management: Schedule and organise appointments, meetings, and events, often managing access to the executive. Travel andamp; Logistics: Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and transport, including preparing itineraries. Communication andamp; Correspondence: Manage calls and emails, screening and directing them on behalf of the employer where necessaryDocument andamp; Report Preparation: Draft, edit, and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence. Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain procedures, databases, and filing systems. Events andamp; Conferences: Assist with planning and coordinating eventsExpense andamp; Budget Management: Collate and manage expenses and support basic budgeting tasks. Personal Support: Handle personal tasks if and when required Essential Skills andamp; QualitiesOrganisation andamp; Prioritisation: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
