Our client, a leading property business based in Battersea, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in property to provide high-level support across administration, operations, and property management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a varied and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, correspondence, calls, emails, travel, and filing systems
- Provide business and operational support, overseeing office administration and liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Support HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, records, and annual leave coordination
- Oversee property management for a small portfolio, liaising with tenants and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and monitoring tenancy agreements/rent collection
- Assist with land and property acquisitions, carrying out research and maintaining accurate records
Key Skills & Experience
- Essential: Previous experience working within the property sector
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Operations professional
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage a varied workload
