Performance Data Analyst

Summary of Role To analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance, optimise service delivery, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Bridge the gap between finance, operations, and business units to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. What you will be doing Prepare and analse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, trends, and drivers across service lines, business units, and regions. Monitor key financial metrics and analyse operational metrics including service delivery efficiency, utilisation rates, productivity, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and improvement projects. Track and report on operational KPIs, creating dashboards and scorecards for stakeholder visibility. Collaborate with operations, service delivery, sales, and leadership teams to understand business challenges and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Support business case development for new services, contracts, investments, and strategic initiatives.
