You''ll take ownership of BI reporting, work with commercial stakeholders and help develop a modern Microsoft data platform. THE COMPANY This established organisation is expanding its data function to support continued growth and improve decision-making across the business. Joining a developing team, you''ll have the opportunity to shape reporting standards, improve access to trusted data and deliver insight that directly supports commercial performance. THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, you''ll combine hands-on BI development with commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models. Building and optimising SQL queries and scalable data models to support reporting and analysis. Supporting the development of Microsoft Fabric and Azure capabilities, including ETL/ELT processes. Partnering with pricing, product, marketing, finance and operations teams to understand requirements and prioritise delivery. Analysing revenue, margins, customer behaviour and operational performance to identify opportunities and support decisions.
