The role works closely with the People Systems and Data Manager to support HR systems, maintain data integrity, improve processes and provide workforce insights that enhance both colleague experience and organisational performance. This isn''t just about producing reports. We''re looking for someone who can tell the story behind the data, identify trends, challenge assumptions and provide meaningful context that helps leaders understand what''s happening and what they should do next.
