HR Systems and Reporting CoordinatorLocation: ManchesterSalary: 40,482 per annumContract: Six-month fixed-term contractWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Systems and Reporting Coordinator to join a leading housing organisation in Manchester on a six-month fixed-term contract.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional with a strong operational HR background who has subsequently developed a specialism in HR systems, people data, management information and reporting.The successful candidate will act as a subject-matter expert for IRIS Cascade, supporting the maintenance, development and effective use of the organisation''s HR systems. You will produce accurate HR reports and Power BI dashboards, interpret workforce data and provide meaningful insights to senior and executive stakeholders.You will also improve system workflows, maintain high standards of data quality, support audits and statutory reporting, create user documentation and train managers and colleagues on systems and reporting processes.Key responsibilities:Act as the lead coordinator and subject-matter expert for IRIS Cascade and associated HR systems.Complete system housekeeping, maintenance and day-to-day HRIS administration.Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to systems and reporting requests.Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.Develop and maintain bespoke HR reports and interactive Power BI dashboards.Produce regular HR KPIs, ..... full job details .....
