Location: Home-Based or Hybrid (UK)Contract: InterimDay Rate: from 300/day (Inside IR35) Sector: Public Sector / Procurement and CommercialAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Systems and Information Advisor to support a major systems transformation programme within a busy procurement and commercial function within a Government organisation.This role will play a key part in migrating contract data from Atamis into Workday, improving spend visibility, strengthening commercial reporting, and ensuring procurement information is accurate, accessible, and aligned across systems.Your new role Lead and support the migration of contract records from Atamis into WorkdayCreate and maintain accurate contract and supplier records within WorkdayReview and cleanse legacy contract data to improve quality and complianceSupport the alignment of purchase orders with contract recordsProduce reports on legacy agreements, contract utilisation, and spend under contractIdentify and investigate discrepancies between commercial and financial dataWork closely with Procurement, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to improve reporting and governanceSupport procurement policy compliance and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you''ll need to succeed Strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) experiencePrevious experience using both Atamis and WorkdayExperience supporting systems migration or data migration projectsAbility to analyse and validate complex datasetsStrong reporting and management ..... full job details .....
