People Services Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused People Services Coordinator to join our HR team in Gloucester. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate HR data to support payroll processing, ensuring all employee changes are submitted within required timelines. Liaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to resolve routine payroll queries. Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, amendments and leaver processes, ensuring data accuracy across systems. Coordinate the PEGI share scheme process, including reporting, payroll deductions, stakeholder liaison and campaign administration. Produce payroll-related reports and support audit and reconciliation activities. Support annual salary review, profit share and bonus administration.
